What happens if I have an after hours emergency?

By simply leaving a telephone message, calls are checked on a regular basis.

How long will I have to wait to get an appointment?

We are generally able to schedule a routine appointment within one to two weeks. Patients with emergencies are taken immediately.

Does the office generally run on schedule?

We pride ourselves on respecting our patients' time. There is minimal wait time. On the rare occasion we might be running behind, we will call you to let you know.

What happens if I need a specialist?

We have many excellent specialists right here in Lexington and surrounding towns.

I have recently moved. How do I get my records transferred?

By simply signing a release form and providing your former dentist's address, we will request the records for you.

How can I find out what my insurance will pay for and what I will be responsible for?

We will be glad to send a pre-estimate to your insurance company to determine benefits.

How are instruments sterilized?

All instruments are either disposable or sterilized by steam autoclave, strictly following OSHA and ADA guidelines. All sterilization equipment is tested and monitored on a regular basis by an outside biological monitoring service provider.
